also wats the rotation for glad... name them new to aion comin from WoW

 

First of all wellcome!
For a PvP glad you need PvP items, you could start off with a blood mark set. I personally prefer the attack/accurancy and crit/accurancy manastones since i find them important on glad. I use this build http://aion.aspirine.su/stigma/#cCnateBeawddaBbaBiaofhhnecaaayc but you can change shattering wave and ankle snare if you wish.

Depending on whether you're Elyos or Asmodian, I'll recommend the following stigma build:
Elyos: Aion stigma calculator
Asmodian: Aion stigma calculator
For either builds, Ankle Snare could be swapped out for other options if you don't find the skill landing in your favour.

There is no combo/rotations based gameplay in Aion. It is all about using the right skills at the right time. Though there is chain skill or conditional reaction skills, which can be chained in a sequence. eg Ferocious Strike chain -> Wrathful Strike -> *target is stumbled* -> Crippling Cut+Draining Blow+Springing Slice.

 

You could also try these builds that are more for 1v1.

Elyos: Aion stigma calculator
Asmodian: Aion stigma calculator

Asmodian one has no Absorbing Fury because of Piercing Rupture.

No Ankle Snare because 1v1 wise, most classes have their own skill to remove it anyway so it's rather useless unless you rely on silence godstone then that's a different story.
No Exhausting Wave because if you're fighting a good opponent, he would distance himself from you at the first hit of the skill and the rest will miss and missed = broken chain skill not to mention 2 minute cool down.

 

do i need to finish a quest to use stigma? or i can just use it after i buy

 

All stigmas on lumiel can be purchased from the cloister of kaisinel (elyos) or convent of marchutan (asmo) using kinah. Stigmas need stigma shards to be equipped.

However you will need to finish a lv20 campaign quest to unlock the stigma slots, if you haven't already done so: Silver of darkness for elyos, or No escaping destiny for asmo.
