Game freeze when i choose server

Hello.

I ahve problem like in title, when I log-in game, it wants from me to choose server, and offer me Lumiel, when i accept it, i just can see servers list, and nothing more. Game is freezed, but i still see animation in menu, it's working.

I check version.ini file, and my version is 4.5.0.14, so i think its ok.


Can somebody help me?

Probably antivirus or firewall is blocking your Aion client. Set an exception for the whole Aion folder.

Could be caused by some software messing up with your connection such as Firewalls, Ping Reducers, etc, try turning everything off, add exceptions for the Aion folder/GamezAion launcher if available. You can also try disabling start-up items or services (don't try to if you don't know what you're doing), to do so run MSConfig (type "msconfig" in windows start, or press Windows key+R and type msconfig then press enter), the System Configuration windows will pop-up, check both tabs Services and Startup and uncheck the boxes for those items that may be causing you troubles, restart your computer and try again. The most silly reason for this error is when the server is offline, to know if it's offline check the forums and spam this thread.
