i constantly get crushes

i don't know what's wrong but i'm really frustated. Every single day i get AT LEAST 3 crushes,usually 30 mins after i run the game. And it's 100% not my pc's problem because the crush asks me to send log,something no other programm does when it crushes. I run file repair every day,the put in again the custom item.pak, but when i run launcher i am asked to downgrade it again,and this happens everyday. Please help me,i can't go on like this

If you get that much 'crushes', you sure have a lot of hormones, tee hee (*^.^*)
Hope those crushes are on real persons at least, and not some fabulous chars.

Anywaaaay, the problem for your crAshes here might be the item.pak.

All I can tell you is to try what Guille mentioned here.

Make sure your client was fully installed (the folder should be about 26~27 GB excluding the $Patch$ folder), if it is, the problem may be the Items.pak, Delete everything inside Aion\Data\USA\Items and try again, if the client works try with the other Items.pak version (If you are using the Compressed version, try with the Loose Files one, and vice versa).

Send Log error while playing.
Everyone gets them, causes of this error are server-client incompatibilities, close the crashed client if it's still running and restart it to keep playing.

GamezAion launcher crashing/won't run.
It requires .NET Framework 4.0.
Here's the Microsoft Web Installer, it can either do the full installation or just a small repair.
