Launcher will not start

I can not get into the game! Every time I click start, the launcher loads but not out of this picture, and it is locked or goes to the login screen.

Is anyone having the same problem? The server I upgraded I have to upgrade too?

Excuse me for being slow to respond, I have lost my internet connection. But in relation to the problem, I think my system is incompatible because little was still unable to log in and closed the launcher. In gasp 3 get login.
