Help please

guys i cant see my character in the game and other npc i can see only the face, i tried to the item pak thing, tried to downgrade the version nothing helped. some 1 know how to fix this? some one sayd to click the nc launcher and hit repair or somthing.. and each i click the ncsoft launcher error e03001 apears

Start your NCSoft Launcher and let it update to then end of stage 9/9 you're missing some game files.
