L2read, the base stats are so low that this is the same as DDL > longtooth stat differance. Maybe a bit more crit but it's not an extend governor or anything.

But ofc due to gamez tards being tards, this will cost something like a governor set + a few extra accounts, maybe your soul as well

 

Until you remember you can stack the pvp augment. And that here people fuse arbiter arbiter.

 

I'm those people. The augment on this extend compensates for the lack of stats. Without it this shit is worse than DDL. Ain't op, i know my glad shit, ive seen this extend a month ago. Nothing scary in 4.7. Even the new arbiter and augment custodian accessories aren't that op, just stuff like 30-40 crit, 30-40 accuracy, 20 atk and 2.5% pvp defence/damage total.



Oh and "good" news to all the leather people orgasming themselves - there is no gov extend sword/dagger, just gs, pole and staff.

Understand I am a really bad player and one that thinks the whole arbiter for everyone was a bad , bad choice.
So maybe I am bit biased in this. Oh well.

Would you rather be mad that someone traded (or most likely donated) for that you can't have..ever.
OR would you rather be mad because some neckbearded nolifer spent 20 hours per day with 4 fps doing sieges and then facerolls you because you'd still be in acd (if by arbiter for everyone you mean you want ranks that is, if not then ambassador).

Gamez selling in the shop the Abyss gear is of no consequence.
Arbiter in the other hand is way to powerful. As you pointed in your gladiator guide, godmode arbiter stats as an example ofc (your words)
While as many have said, the differences between HAC and ambassador aren´t that big.

Under the mechanics of this server, I wouldn't have implemented arbiter under no circumstance.
Same with the WOC 1 and 2.
Same with the 10/10 godstones.

But, hey, this is my opinion. Nothing more, its of no relevance whatsoever.

 

It's way too powerful when you don't have it. Same as when abg had the set bonus vs eat, people got shat on easily. The only problem is that arbiter is 75% more expensive than "best set 2.x". Which is probably why people are complaining a lot.

 

I think the proportion differ between ABG back then and Arbiter now.
Besides ABG bonus set back then, you had a whole different game reality; more bugs, more skills working in the wrong way, different mechanics on classes, plus the MR issue and the godstones stacks and etc, etc, etc. Remember when Gamez used an emulator that was obsolete without support? - Different realities.

This actual game reality and this server mechanics, in my eyes at least, makes Arbiter unnecessary. I wouldn´t have implemented it at all.

Mr now it is not usefull as it was on the other versions..Thats why clerics and chanters should go more combat, Also Gladiators are not using ankle snare in early version because there are many ways to remove it in korean version glads are not using Ank.Snare in the stigma tree
