I need help from any GM or Anyone who could help me.

So my story is I was playng on Gamez befor 2 years with a friend of mine. We just got back again to gamez but sadly i forgot my Username and PW. I heard something that player's who are offline for 8 months or more they just loose theyr account. But my friend who was offline for more than 1 years just logged into his account without any issues. So i got a link Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server i just wrote my E-mail in got this " A confirmation email was sent, Please verfy your account. "

but sadly i never got an E-mail. But if i try to register with this E-mail i get this. [TABLE="width: 599, align: center"]

i have a " - " latter in my E-mail. what i does not see in the error message. So maybe the system send it to a wrong e-mail. Pls i had alot of donations on this account and im willing to do few more. I need some help from any gm or admin.

Account inactivity and character deletion depends on whether you've logged (ingame or website) during your downtime. If you have logged onto the Gamezaion site within those 8months, we'll still process your account as been active. That is perhaps why your friend was able to login even after 1 year of inactivity.

As for the confirmation emails, sometimes they end up in your Junk/Spam folders. Be sure to check them and that you didn't receive it there. The email you use for the lost password reset has to be your registration email. If you type a different email and it doesn't link to an account, it won't work.

Finally you can only register one account per email, making multiple accounts would mean you'll need multiple emails.
