need a little help.

I messed up my friend's android system files/Fonts, I customized it and now it is stuck at boot/log in screen, i wasnt careful enough :unsure:. already done hard reset and wipe out data/system restore but still does not fix the problem. her phone is just an ordinary android and cheap but it was my mistake. Running android 4.2.2 jellybean on a cherry mobile Gem model. Is there any to fix it? And we havent back up its files. if only someone can provide me a back up file with the same unit that can be use to restore its system, i may be able to recover it to its original state. btw the phone is rooted.
