Hi. please help me. i got the following problems

hello. idk i keep getting this crash when i try to open gamez aion on my pc...

Please, help me! any tips or solutions. i tried with the downgrade and without it, i dont know what to do to make it work.

And think its not Firewall either

 

Try turning off your UAC (USER ACCOUNT CONTROL) off and then run the launcher as ADMIN. It looks like it denying you access to your language folders.

 

ok. that fixed the launcher, but gAame still not starting.

i mean it still gives the crash

 

When does it crash. During loading with black logo screen or when you log in. Same as before? What version are you using and how big is your aion folder

 

its the same crash as in the screenshot.
The aion folder has 27.4 GB and the version is the latest. but it is not about the version because on laptop it works perfectly. i only have those high obelisks at safe-zones and the skill icons have changed. but that's not a real problem...

i tried to use that downgrade that's on forum but it doesnt fix the cause of the crash... i redownloaded completely the whole aion, deleted files then repaired... nothing worked

 

Your desktop/windows looks like it was recently installed, have you installed Direct X?

the windows is not recently installed. if i didnt had DirectX , official server wouldnt work, right?

 

You didn't say before it works with the NCsoft launcher did you o.o
But yea if it didn't have Direct X installed Aion would not work at all, pretty sure not even retail would
