    Any one can tell me where i can farm paralyze godstone?:-?
    Or the only way to get them is by webshop?

    You can drop godstones from pretty much any mob; the drop rate is just very low.
    You can also do quests in Terminon/Primum depending on your faction where you have to kill the opposite faction. Rewards for the ending quests are godstones.

    But the drop was not very low. But very, very, very, very low.
