I need help these crashes aren't helping grr

    When does it crash? Is it in a specific area or after a specific action?
    Is there an error message?

    Anything you can add to help us understand your problem?

    I get an nc window that shows up telling me the game isn't working properly and it asks me do i wait for it to follow thru or close the program and i wait and the game is frozen, which means that it crashed. Then I get another window asking me if i want to report the error and i do. The game varies when it crashes, sometimes i'll be in pernon trying to enchant weapons, and sometimes i'll be in pando from teleporting from another location to pando. I just recently did an update twice today and I haven't had any problems yet when i send out and error respond out thru the other window that appears does it go to you folks or does it go to aion? Just asking thank you for your help and cooperatiion...

    Those logs are sent to NCsoft xd and random send log errors are normal, everyone gets them once in a while, sometimes a little often but cannot be fixed, they happen when the server and the client have too many differences and that's about it. I use the client updated (4.5.0.20) with the downgrade I made (link here) and it's weird if I get any crashes because of the client

    I must be having bad luck with this game it doesn't like me or what or maybe I'm losing it lol; i'll have to see if it keeps doing that. Also I wanted to thank everyone who has helped with me during my time having issues with the game, ty. You folks are doing a great job, in my opinion, also i'm still learning and i hope that everyone can have patience with while going thru the process. A question does comes into mind about the vote credits, how can one tell if they received the credits or not because last night, e.s.t.; I saw that i only had 90, made my vote today and its still at 90? hmm well i hope anyone can help me with this issue be most greatful, ty.
