Floating head for a character...

So i just logged in (just finished downloading Aion) and throughout the class select and race select the chars had no bodies just heads.. so i logged in anyway assuming that there would not be any issues any more but instead i spawned into poeta with no body, just a floating head.... My game is is 4.5.0.14 according to the version file in my aion folder (i cant open the other version.ini folder because it says its damaged or something) So i have tried to repair aion itself from the NCsoft game launcher and i have also tried reinstalling the gamez launcher and i am still getting the same problem.
Any solutions?

Hello, please make sure to file repair your client again, as there are some files missing. Your client version will be 4.5.0.21, means you have to downgrade (http/forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/%5Bguide%5D-downgrade-4-5-0-21-4-5-0-14-a-180069/). I suggest you to log in after you downgraded to check if everything is working and then apply the latest item.pak (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/f64/[guide]-4-7-4-5-014-items-pak-177961/), just to avoid any further issues.

 

That has nothing to do with the item.pak. The client is missing some files which just a file repair can fix. So please stop repeating yourself.
