Can't login to character

So i didn't play for a while, but now then i login i can't go into one of 8 my chars. Then i click him my client crashes, i tryed to use fix but that didn't help.

If you have already tried to use the ".fix" command and it didn't help, please send an unstuck request by Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server as you character seem to be hard stuck. After sending the request, do not log in back into this specific toon, use your others till the server gets restarted.

 

I still can't login or the server was not restarted for 4 days?

 

I believe no. The server has not restarted since 5 days ago.

Go here, Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server. Make an unstuck request. After doing so, do not and I mean DO NOT log in your account (this is just to make sure) until you see on forums that the server has been restarted and is back up and running. This is the only way you can free your character from a hard stuck issue. Please avoid pointing fingers to staff if you failed to follow instructions, you were instructed by Ayaria when you first encountered this problem. Now follow what I said or you can keep complaining and never get back your character. Your choice.

I still can't login, server was restarted 2 times and i didn't try to login still nothing... And i can't send unstuck request, i sent it 3 weeks i think ago and it still says the ustuck was already sent... waiting for your ideas to help me

Hello,

It seems like your character is stuck in a very strange way.
All you can do is keep trying to make unstuck requests and see if it gets unstucked after the restarts.

We tried to unstuck it from the database but can't seem to fix your problem for the moment, we'll keep trying and will keep you informed about that.

There could be a solution to your problem in further updates according to what NCSoft presents.
