    Yes it can be looted by destroying the box at the center of Tiamaranta's Eye. The box spawns every 1hour after it gets destroyed. However, looting it depends how lucky you are. There are also treasure chests around Tiamaranta, if you still remember where the TBT bosses spawned before, it's somewhere near there.

    Well goodluck. I had 30 of those boxes and did not get any ddl weapon nor the wings. As I've said, depends on your luck.
