have new item but i cant see it

ok here it goes...

i bought a abg bow from voting and when i look at my char inventory on the website is says its in my inventory.... but when i log in i look at my inventory and i cant see it anywhere and yes i have free slots lots of em..

anyways so on the 1st empty slot i do a mouse over and there is an item there it says : Type : BOW untradable un storable etc etc etc and in red says requires the equip skill
(im a lvl 55 ranger) and it has one manastone slot
has no other stats or anything other than this

anyways im assuming this is my abg bow and im wondering why it came out like this.. am i missing a file or something ?
my game works properly so if anyone can answer my erks pls gimme a solution id really appreciate it .
