Its really simple, you have a dispel (half stop) non damage, Slow (Adagio) impact damage, Mr reduce debuff (stinging note) Impact damage, dot (Fluttered note), Magic Suppression debuff (Moonlight lament), Bind(Composer's Bar) Stops Physical skills from being used, Silence (third chain skill of bright strike) Stops Magical skills from being used, Root (Captivate), and your delay damages Syncopated echo and Paen of Pain. After that its just your nuke chain Throne song and your stun chain Sonic gust. You can play the class like a mix between Spiritmaster and Sorcerer.

First focus on setting your opponent up aka Burry Bind behind fluttered, stinging, and adagio etc, root, Delays, start your silence chain , stun then nuke chain ...or whatever the situation calls for really

Mtv summer (650 fear resist & 500 sleep resist) work great against sm & sorc seen as most people who play those classes spam sleep and fear skills with the buff active there is a 65% chance to resist fear and a 50% chance to resist sleep.

As for tips it's pretty simple just use 2-3 dot skills on them (add paralyze if you want) then silence and then proceed to DPS, they should be dead by now especially if you added paralyze to the combo.

If the SM uses spirit stub just spam them with DOT skills as spirit stub cannot block DOT damage (paen of pain works great) and just spam clense/heal your self until spirit stub dies off if you're lucky you may be able to debuff (half stop) there spirit stub if it's not hidden behind enough scrolls/buffs.

Oh and if the sorc does curse of chain at you it's whatever as you can just can remove it with greater healing pot + purifying paen or Chorus of blessing.

They only have 2 dot skills

Paen of pain & fluttered note however you should always add moonlight lament (500- magic suppression) this will increase paen of pains damage by 200-300.

For fighting a spiritmaster there are a few things you should try and notice before you engage.
1.) where is their stone skin? Is it one of the first two buffs ? Or is it burried?
    2.) Pre-bufffing COR (contract of resistance-Resists 1 magical skill)

Ok now from there make sure that if at all possible your 50% resist silence buff is 8 removable buffs back 5 minimum. (this means that Fire resist scrolls etc do not count as they do not get removed) And yes always start in silence resist not fear

Now for the battle here are a few tips
Always try to start out with sleep. (if you use Dance off make sure to move back at least 16 meters)
Do not use your cleanse on Chain of earth debuff make sure to use sonicportation to remove. This will give you extra time to silence lock.

Alright so If their stone skin is one of the first two buffs the battle should go something like

1.) Remove COR with auto attack
If they manage to stun you before you sleep them Remove shock knockback them and then sleep but only if they dont have stone skin
2.) Dance off >Half-Stop > Freestyle or just Freestyle
3.) Half Stop if you did not use Dance off (dispel)
    Stone Skin Removed
4.) Cast both of your delays Synchopated Echo and Paen of pain
5.) Cast Root > Moonlight Lament
    They should be awake now
Spiritmaster will most likely Magic Implosion>Aegis Breaker>Chain of Earth>Erosion>Sigil of silence
6.) When hit by Chain of earth use sonicportation to remove not cleanse in the meantime use Stinging Note and Fluttered Note then begin your Bright strike silence chain
If they stun you before you silence them remove shock knockback them then cast your bright strike chain again only if no stone skin.
7.) Once the Sm is silenced for an easier fight cast Adagio > Staggered Rest. However if you think you can kill them in 1 silence Just go for the Thronesong nuke chain DO NOT KNOCKBACK THEM WHILE SILENCED cast it the second silence ends for more CC.
If you casted Staggered rest only nuke them for 5 seconds do not use your knockback as this will break the paralize.
8.) If they are not dead at this point they will probably panic and begin their sleep / fear locking so prepare to switch to Autumn and from here on out you will need to improvise.....just remember silence is only deadly if its behind 2 debuffs or if your Greater healing pot is on cooldown.
    9.) Play smart.
