Problem at loading screen in the start

I open the launcher but when it is loading and it says NCSOFT before the log in in the black screen then it crashes and it closes. Pls help what i have to do?

You need to repair your game using the NCSoft Launcher; make sure to let it update to the end of step 9/9!
You're missing game files which is why you can't see some textures.
