Game crashes when i log in one character

Hi
I can log in the account. I can even log in all the other characters and play with no problem.
However when i log in my gunner (name: Jessyca) my game crashes.
This started when i was in Heiron and then flyed. In the midle of the flying it happened what now happens everytime i try to log in with it. This is a print of the scren Screenshot by Lightshot
Everytime try to find a GM online in game, there is none, ever.
I have tryed to use the "stuck character" option in your website but nothing seens to have been done yet.
I would like to request this problem to be solved, or some help on how i can solve it.

Hi! Seems your character got stuck. Here's what you gotta do. First log in one of your characters then type .fix (name of stuck character). After doing so, you will get a notification that the character has been fixed. Go to character select and log in your fixed character. Note that your character will be naked, gears will be unequipped and will be on your inventory. It's a normal occurrence when using the .fix command. Hope this helps. Happy gaming and have fun!

 

I found this , which is what i now see that you sended me, But now i have another problem, i cant equip athe armour or weapons that i had, the ones given at the start. i forgot that detail.... can you help me with this?

1. Disconnected/Client crashes after trying to log in with my character.
   There are various causes for this kind of problem, the most common is your character is in a zonemap that doesn't exist in your client, or the zone is bugged server-side (aka stuck character), you can try with the ".fix" command, log in on an alternative character, type ".fix [Character Name]" (it's case sensitive, first letter should be capitalized, example: .fix Akemi), restart your client and try to log in with your stuck character (the character will show up as naked, the items will be in your inventory even if your inventory was full, the items will be there), the character should be now in its Obelisk, if it still gets your client crashed, go to the website and send an unstuck request for that character, don't try to log in with it until the request has been processed or the server has been restarted. AND if still after a server restart your character is still stuck, it's because of a major bug that is currently being worked on.

APP gears have level requirements. If you're not level 50 yet, you can't equip it. Since you used the .fix command and unequipped your gears, only way to equip them back is to reach level 50 through quests or getting someone to mentor you.
