Discordant access ascension lvl gone??

Discordant access ascension lvl gone when send by mail??how can i get bit back.,.,.,since a friend send me his discordant crit accessories +5 except for necklace and helm.,.i was already playing when i notice my damage sucks!!and there i found out that the ascension lvl is already gone.,.,Help me on what to do please

 

How do you know he actually sent you a +5 accessory set? Did he tell you or did you assume.

 

okey so i went to their home since we are neighbor..,i never i assumed i really ask for it.,., we cant log in 2 account at the same time in a computer so what we did is sent it via email.,., i actually confirmed it since he just only have 1 set of access.,.,.,i was there when we send it.,.,. i gave him bloodmark so he can get new set of access.. because i dont know how to put ascension lvl.,., tnx for the quick response anyways

we just send it by mail why does the ascension already gone? so this are the access that he send me 2 discordant ring 2 discordant earings
disco belt and disco necklace and fearless help.,.,. all have ascension lvl 5 except for helm and necklase

 

Do you have the correct item pack? It's possible that you don't since you saw it with your own eyes at your neighbor's computer and then the ascension level disappeared when you started using your own pc. Just double check, sometimes we forget the most basic of things.

 

Did you login on the same computer at your friends house, or did you use a different computer.
That happened to me too when I played at a computer with a aion client that's not updated and doesn't have the latest item.pak

@Vintage yeah its true when you send a accessory in mail that is +5 it will be back to 0 , i tried it a month ago i send my 1 piece acces ang back to + 0

 

You Should of just traded normally but I guess the almighty ones should look at this

 

Yeah make a notice dont send via mail their acces if they use temper sol on it . Vintage you can try dem send a acces into you one char to other car

i cant find my screenshot of mine lol . i tried to send my fearless chainhood to my own cleric and get back to 0 .

Oh. thanks for the info @jerk. Lesson learn dont send +5 accessories via mail. Use the normal trading system.

full augment and manastone will disappear too when sending via mail.
