i never had done the screen shot please be considerate.,., i wont even have to report this if it didnt happen.,to me its a bugged that u need to fix.,this the firs time somebody reported this.,.,

 

you know, but you could send like 1pcs and then reported "whole set" so they need to have a proof to give it back

 

cant it be consider i discuss already on my first post what happened so i never had the screenshot because i noticed it when all ascension lvl was gone

No we can't; which is why we're asking for proofs;
