please just tell me what to do :)

I'm experiencing many issues like graphic glitches, fall to nowhere anytime I kill a mob and campaign quests stuck.
all I know is that I didn't play Aion for a long time and when I started I updated the game with NC's launcher and downloaded the last Gamez launcher. the game runs, but with a lot of issues. can you tell me if I need to download any item pak or file o downgrade pack? please and thank you

 

What version is your Aion client?

How big is your Client folder?

 

version 4.5 (4514.xxxx...)
folder size: 31,1 ~ 31,7 gb

 

Have you tried repairing your client then applying the downgrade again?

And which quest are you having issues with?
Which mobs?
What location?
Does falling happen when you use certain skills?
Do you get a load fail when your doing the quests?
Are you an Aethertech?

 

I'm not an Aethertch
In Siel Server I have two characters. Asmos. Bristonia (Assassin) Thika (Gladiator)
with both I have load fail when trying to complete campaign quest in Altgard. and the blue one, "Dispatch to Altgard" the normal ones are fine.
And in Lumiel Server I have one Elyos, named Drakonia, also a gladiator. I think the quests are fine but I have a lot of grapich glitches when I am in Haramel killing mobs. I use the normal skills, there are a lot of names. but the regular ones. sometimes I can kill 10 without falling into nowhere but sometimes I kill 1 and fall and die I think that's all what you asked ^^

 

On the ones that say load fail. Trying removing 10 items or empty you're inventory. Then try the quest Again. As for your graphical issues. Got a screen shot?

 

Sorry for the late. I've tried the stuck quests and everything is fine now. plus I don't have so much graphic glitches. I repaired my client and downloaded the downgrade and now everything is fine. sometimes the clien kicks me out, but that's all. thank you
