    Is it allowed to trade my whole account (or Items only, but dont have VIP for trading them) for items from another game ? I know its not allowed to sell it for real money, but if its just items on steam, not money itself ?

    no your not,as far as i know it's against the rules too, in my opinion it's pretty unfair for those who donate with money and give their effort and time to vote to gain credits, i suggest to keep your account so if you miss the game you can just easily go and log in.
