I donate 25US$ and i dont receive the credits!!!! HELP PLEASE

 

If this is your first time donating. It can take a few hours or couple days for the credits to reach your account. You can email the merchant you donated to to speed up the process though.

 

Idk my email , of my account is my 2 time doanting but creditcards are different

 

That could be the reason.

What Payment wall and Super rewards do is they like to check for scams and frauds. By doing this, using a new payment method or being the first donator puts you up on a list for them to check to see if your actually a legit buyer. I know your Forum account email but for security reason I am not allowed to give it to you unless you can prove to me that this is your account.

IDK if your forum account email will be the same as your game account email but its worth a try.
