    Hello.
    After i fixed problems with region I started to play and persuaded friend of mine to play with me - but he has a problem. He sees only floating heads in game, without bodies - and do not know how to change it.
    He tried to fix the game via nc soft launcher, he tried to remove it completelly and install again - and nothing changed.
    could someone help?

    Tell him to downgrade his client (link) and download latest item.pak (link).
