    why is does it seem like lumiel is a wasteland?? i barely see people in lumiel. it seems alot has changed in the time i was inactive

    i think it's much better to play on the official server than play on lumiel since there's not much of a difference. ppl play Private server to get/do things easier and faster, that's what they came here for.

    so alot of players transfered to siel?? i got another question but im not sure if i can post here. but ill ask anyways

    before i quit WOC1 + GAS was enough to reach the ASPD cap for sin. now i only have 1.0 with 2 swords, it used to be .9. was it a bug back then or something??

    I'm not too sure but, what i remember was i used Woc + Scroll + Flurry to get the Cap of .9 with Sword+Sword and Dag+sword is .8 but then i could be wrong. or try and check if your Woc still has it's conditioning effects on.

    Nah, I'm pretty sure woc1+attackspeed scroll was never enough for any class to get max attackspeed. You always had to use Flurry if you wanted it. Maybe you used a certain title and candy? I'm not sure if that would even be enough still, though.

    Lumiel became a wasteland since elyos stopped doing Battle of Gods/Guardian BGs (cause they couldn't win not even 1ce) then they just stopped OW pvp completely after some teleport statues to gelk were removed.Nowdays there's like 5 players jumping in and out of safezones at Katalam and yes many have transfered over to Siel.
