Why IP BAN?

I am owner of one Internet Cafe here. I try to log in a while a go and i cant access to your server, can i ask why our IP is banned from your server as it said in the error pop up? I already tried to check up players who are using offensive treat in your game in here just now (if there are) but i cannot check those who are already not playing anymore. If one of my customer used offense against your game, can you please also consider that many of my customer are playing the game fair and square, I know because many of them are spending much money playing the game 24/7. We have 30 units in here and most are all AION players from your server GAMEZAION. If ever our IP is banned due to some offense by one of my customer, Sir/Ma'am GM, can i suggest to banned the account only of players who are caught by you. I am hoping for your kind consideration.

what do you mean by that? I am the owner but i don't play a lot here because I'm playing RFPH. My customers are just asking what happened and why banned? Because a lot of them are playing this game.

i'd say take a picture of your "internet cafe" so that people would believe you...

 

The problem is that one of your players were speed hacking.

That, or one of your players were just plain hacking.

This server does not allow hacking.

This server banns IPs for hacking.

So, your IP was banned. I hope you understand.

But yeah take a picture of the cafe to prove it is a cafe, because the GM wont believe you if you do not take the picture.

But next time, make sure no one is using hacks. If you cannot make sure no one is using hacks, there is no point in letting people play aion on your cafe because you will eventually get IP banned Again.

Id say post a vid of you and the other players who were banned beating down the hacker, and then tossing in the dumpster, and then maybe the IP can be unbanned. You can make it like an educational video about what happens when you try to cheat in online games. Have an announcer be like Oh No now mr hacker is getting his face pounded in. You can also just call ur ISP to get ur IP changed. Though you can still make the vid. :ninja:

We dont even know he is the owner of the internet cafe lol. It may be the same hacker that begged to be unbanned the other day lol.


Imo it would be totally unfair to unban him or his IP. Let him change his IP from his Internet provider

 

You probably don't give a shit where I was from and who I am but I have been to Asia and I have seen many internet cafes that are set up for little kids. The internet cafe is their only way to reach out to the world because they have no convenience like us. Just give him a little room to make some money and places like his bring more players/possible "customers" for GamezAion. Don't let one or two bad kids mess up the fun for all. I am totally for the account ban rather than the IP ban.
