    No, sky dragon is level 55 armor, I haven't seen it in-game (with glows) but I'm sure it looks epic.

    no, i believe it is not the same. in case of dragon sets, it differs in appearance if they are not the same sets.

    unlike other items which may look the same, it is not applicable for dragon sets.
