I NEED HEEELLLPPP!!!! GMs...I need help!!!

Please help me in fixing this issue..i can't get to the game..when i launch Gamez AION it just says contacting and then nothing and just stops responding...

2nd issue....i tried getting into www.gamezaion.com and i can't go to the site...it just says page can not be displayed...i tried going to crystal aion page and i can access it with no problems at all... i checked other sites to check if maybe it's just my internet connection and everything is working perfectly..it's just the www.gamezaion.com that i can not access and my launcher can't seem to connect to the server...and just says contacting...please help me out...2 days without aion..T_T and i can't seem to get it to work...please help...GMs..help me out here...T_T

 

restart you computer. reset your internet connection, install gamezaion launcher again

i don't have any firewalls..i already checked everything...it seems like the issue is the third one..T_T

 

The site was down for awhile.
Make sure that AION\GamezAION is not blocked by the firewall.
