    I'm appealing to change the status of banning players to only banned the character/account only and not the IP.
    because lots of players are playing in internet cafe/shop only.

    i hope Carl will have a consideration about this.

    I.P. gets banned if there are multiple instances where people get banned and they have the same I.P.

    IP banning is necessary in cases where the same IP has a series of banned accounts linked to it.
