Farming Aether with no fly

Now with no flight in beluslin and herion people will be unable to fly to farm aether, this was a big problem in crystal (not sure if it got fixed or not).

Beluslin - unable to enter the palace where the aether is as the quest to get in is bugged. and cant fly over the mountain to get there any longer.

Herion - The storm circle where aether is needs to have flight enabled, i remember in crystal aion it was bugged (couldnt fly there).

Please fix the flight checker and allow asmos to enter alukinas palace to continue to farm gathering mats.

 

Guess what dude, now that's it's done it's never going to get fixed because well Carl won't even read the forums or answer PM's and it sucks but we can't do anything about it and GM's can't either which sucks as well.

man people are just plain dumb. who do you think implemented no free fly in beluslin and herion? Carl. And where do you think he got the idea to change it? from the forums with hundreds wanting it.

yea i was quite disappointed when i got to storm circle to not be able to fly to gather.
but u can fly from heiron directly to storm circle, just dont drop ur wings and u can gather.

noob ... aether / greater aether / pure aether it`s gatherable only in a specific area in beluslan / heiron ... no more scrolls / pots / balic crafts / whatever ...

Burning Vertices, They can be found at morheim fire temple area. Since I'm asmodian I don't know about Elyos but i know there is a siimiliar place for them.

Omfg lol....Aether exists only on places that you can normally fly. YOu can fly inside all fortresses except from Brusthonin.

 

Only Problem

Is that Sky Temple in Morheim does not have that many Burning Votex to Gather regular Aether, the only place where it was abundant was Belusian in Arkinahs Palace. For those who do craft it is a very big problem.

 

storm, heiron city are fly zones even in retail.. do u think they will be so dumb?

 

Not sure what your trying to say here, yes i know retail storm circle is fly zone but this isnt retail and on crystal they had many problems with flight checks which wouldnt allow you to fly in those areas. There is a bug now that when you start flying from the city you can fly anywhere in the zone you wish as long as you dont land then you are unable to fly again.

Its Crystal aion no flight checks bug all over again on gamez.......

 

Yes a lot of players, including me, wants to have ground PvP for a number of reasons. But what happened is ground PvP is implemented but not exactly the way it is on retail. On retail, you're supposed to be able to fly in areas where there are aether nodes but once you get out of that area, your wings will pop off automatically. The case here, however, when you come from a place where free fly is enabled, so long as you don't land on ground you would be able to fly. Also, on retail when you leave a town while flying, your wings will pop off too.

The exact opposite also happens, when you come from a NO free fly area and when you walk your way to a free fly area, you won't be able to fly. In crystal, relogging usually solves this.

Rifting in Beluslan and Heiron is a bad idea atm. I guess Morheim and Eltnen will be swarming with rifters now.

 

There's no Burning Vortex in Eltnen though, just Morheim.
For Elyos options are Storm Circle and Abyss, and Abyss is kinda bad for farming since nods are so spaced out from each other

you can fly at heiron where burning vortex is located. It's called storm something. storm circle maybe.
