Crystal Aion Launcher (failed to initialize properly)

Hi Im new here. My brother downloaded aion and he has been playing on the server for a day now. I decided to try aion so I asked him to copy his aion folder in a flash drive so that I can paste it in my pc and play as well.

When I was done pasting the game in my pc I clicked on the "Crystal Aion Launcher" but then a message box popped out saying "Failed to initialize properly". I tried the other applications like "NC Launcher" or "NCAcces" but they all gave me the same result, "Failed to initialize properly". Im just wondering if Aion Crystal Private server really cant be copied or if anyone knows how to fix this. The game works perfectly on my brother's pc btw. I've been looking around the forums for a solution to this problem but I haven't found any. Please Help me!

 

Make sure you already installed NetFrameWork 2.0, Latest DirectX and your VGA Drivers..
and you can check http://www.aionglobal.com/system-requirements.html for the system requirements..

but the server is a bit messed up right now.. lol
