Problem See Npc and Players

I have a Problem with Aion, I uninstalled the game I have called many times .... If it's not a problem in my pc, but I have a good PC!

My problem is that I can not see the npcs Neither the mobs or the players, logging me and I remove the problem, but the minute again!

Urgent Please Help me!
