Fix It Completely The No Fly Zones For PVP and Implement Mounts? hehe

:rightful: How about fixing the PVP spots completely where you can't fly for both asmos and ellyos and also how about implementing mounts for usage on those particular maps where you can't fly hehe :biggrin: sounds good? weeeeeeeee:kewl:

 

mounts...i thought they were for 2.0...

 

i vote they implement it for the places where u cant fly like be able to use them only in those areas and fix the implemented non fly zones for both sides for the ground pvp for good :kewl:

 

its not in the patch notes for 2.0 maybe in 3.0

 

Why remove flying at all? its fly everywhere. or atleast it was. What the hell is the point of raiding if you have to walk the ENITRE map. Suddenly AP became more worthless then ever. It doesnt mean that much to me that ima WALK to the rift
almost getting RAPED by the hords of powerful npc's guarding it. WALK FROM the rift, throught twists, Turns. NPC HORDES.

Might as well say. " We dont want the players to raid anymore." What the hell is the point in holding wings forsale if thers now litterly. NO reason to buy them? ( other then for looks?)

Chillout , it's just one map for each race besides it doesn't even work as it should lol .

 

What do you think retail is? Ground PVP takes more skill than flight imo. And, it's more fun, for most of the time you need/have larger groups.

 

There is no skill involved in banging your head on the keyboard faster then another player.

I think it was a great idea with the ground PvP stuff , it just sucks now cuz we got another bug because of it which gives abusers another unfair advantage .

 

whew suddenly clerics got more use than evahhhh with no free fly we can use noble servant and noble energy but too bad we still can't use healing servant

 

tbh i think they need to take out fly in morheim too and make it the retail option, heres my argument:
1. Flying makes classes unbalanced, makes anything ranged own any melee, sins hardly get a chance flying. 2. it protects noobs a little more. 3. It makes rifting more fun and challenging. Its also fun to report a list of 30 fliers at the end of the night D:

 

We only need 2 ground pvp zones, imo, Heiron and Beluslan.

Nothing's going to stop a bunch of 55's from killing newbies in Eltnen/Morheim anyway.

 

You can still use noble energies in the air drop wings use the servant ;] least thats how we used to do it on retail back b4 1.9 idk if it still works though

 

I think everyone needs to understand that flight pvp is not everyone's cup of tea, and vice versa. Personally I think it's dumb to make belu/heiron no fly zones in a free flight server, but w/e. I enjoy ground pvp, just think it's a contradictory course of action.

Plus said action was so half assed people are complaining about bug abusers left right and center.

Yes, I end up jailing probably 50+ people a day for blatant bug abuse regarding flight. However its necessary to provide ground combat to those who would like to have it, and don't feel like dueling all day.

As far as raids being dumb in a no fly zone, thats totally wrong. I was in GM-stealth and I watched a bunch of elyos raid Beluslan fortress on foot. It was amazing. Suddenly a huge rush, the guards all trigger and go nuts, everyone vending on the ground gets wiped, everyone else realizes whats going on and mobilizes... it was intense, I almost wished I could jump in xP
