[please fix!] no free fly in Alukina's Place [bug]

    AFAIK Alukinas' Palace does have free fly even on RETAIL, so please fix this retarded update to at least not affect the areas that are supposed to be free fly anyway, even in retail. That is a very nice area of Beluslan, but it IS supposed to allow free fly because otherwise one wouldn't be able to reach the various things in there (including gathering Aether from the Burning Vortexes :sad:)
