Regarding the no-fly in Heiron....

Would it be illegal for me to fly to aethertap? Surely I hope not being the only burning vortexs are in the storm circle, and even then they are in the sky. So I was wondering if I would get in trouble for flying to aethertap, and if I would I was wondering how to remedy this situation of being unable to get aether. Would you put like a room or some place somewhere where the vortexs are like on the ground? Or will I be able to fly only to obtain Aether?

You can still gather Aether at Storm Circle because that's one of the places where you can free fly regarding the rules.

Would be dumb if you couldn't fly in that area.

 

from what i take it, you could fly anywhere you want in hieron, but if you get caught by gms, you get banned. in storm circle its fine. i feel bad for the people who don't visit forums and don't realize they are doing something wrong until they get jailed =S

 

That place in Heiron in retail was a designated free-fly area, JUST INSIDE the storm circle though, I don't think you would be punished, if you were, I would argue against the punishment.

Actually you can't free-fly, it says "You are banned from flying in this area". I think it's a bug if it lets you fly.

 

Yeah... well I was flying then I touched down to rest for a bit, and now I can't get back up to continue my aethertapping

 

if you fly out of hieron, you can free fly pretty easily...hence all these posts...

its also my problem in belu i cant enter our aether farming area cuz it wont let me enter tru the obelisk >.<

 

We force clip their wings on a first offense. We don't jail unless we see them again. You would have to be in blatant defiance of the no fly warnings if you get banned for it. =/

On top of that we are really only targeting people pvping while flying. We aren't gonna sit at the edge of the heiron no fly zone and clip people's wings as they go by.

 

How the hell could u kill Bollvig, Exedil, Hallion and Ulan without behing hable to fly in storm circle?....

Think about that, u will get your answer.

 

Keep in mind, the no-fly rule only applies to Heiron and Beluslan.
