How do you fly before Ascension quest?

Hello,
I just joined today

Anyways I noticed that players below level 9 and are still on their first class are flying.

A)Is this illigal?
B)If it is not, how do i do it?

I also know that the server allows you to fly anywhere, but I guess there are rules for this.

C) Can someone explain to me, or point me in the right direction, on the rules for flying?

 

Heiron and Beluslan are the designated no free-fly areas.

You can fly even if you're level 1. Just press Page Up button. No glide for level 9 and below though.

 

Ok, I get a cannot fly in this area if I press page up.

And thanks for restriction rules. Can someone explain why that is?

 

Press Page down or click the fly - timer button at the bottom right of your screen...

For the sake of ground PvP I guess because majority of the people here are sick of gay PvP... :biggrin:

 

I understand. Well i am close to finishing my ascension, but i wanted to make a sin and cleric as well, and would love to get this flying thing going.

Ok i got ascension done, and i still can't fly.
