    this happened to me too i was in western and there were many elyos kicking a chanter but he wasnt taking any dmg from me or the others

    The best thing to do is gather evidence via video capture (fraps, xfire etc w/e) and upload it, and submit it to GMs via the report section on the forums.

    Screen shots can be good too, but arent as conclusive as video evidence so video capture is preferred.
