Why hello, and welcome to this thread.

First off I'd like to start off with the story of why I made it. Some person was /yelling "A FLOCK OF ASMOS ARE COMING", expecting them to be walking I ran to the front gate and saw they were indeed walking. I stood there for a while, and then retreat back behind a cliff( this all happened right in front of Heiron's city). Low and behold, like a full party of asmos came up flying over the cliff and totally wasted me since I was not, in anyway, expecting this.

I rushed back to Heiron to take a few screenshots of the asmos that were flying, clearly disregarding this "no-fly PVP policy" that is supposedly now in effect.

In the attached screenshots, a lot of Elyos decided to counteract and fly themselves to defend Heiron, clearly it was done in spite of the Asmos flying.

In case you can't read the names of the Asmos, which I hope get either jailtime or banned I will list off the ones I managed to get a screenshot of.

    Soldier Rank 6, Riozaki
    1-star Officer, Ashuka< K I N G S>
    Rank 4, Bhambam<c a r n a g e>
    Rank 4, Cuddler<K I N G S>

There were a few other lucky asmo's whom I didn't get their names captured.

I hope some official of this server decides to take action :/

You can actually fly in this area here and in retail. You can fly outside the city and the barrier is maybe 150m or so away from the city (unfortunately here there is no barrier, so if you caught outside you will be warned/jailed).

Hieron's flyzone (the one that encircles the city) is actually pretty big, so its not that hard to get close enough to to the town to initiate flight.

What people don't understand about "free fly turned off", is that flying just -anywhere- in these zones is turned off, but every zone still has little flyzones.

    Example
    retail flyzones:

    1.)Verteron Zone:
    a.)Verteron Citadel
    b.)Miraju's Holy Ground

    2.)Eltnen Zone:
    a.)Eltnen Fortress
    b.)Eracus Temple

    3.)Hieron Zone:
    a.)Hieron City
    b.)Storm Circle

    4.)Altgard Zone:
    a.)Altgard Ice Lake
    b.)Impetusium

    5.)Morheim Zone:
    a.)Morheim Ice Fortress
    b.)Sky Temple of Arkanis

    6.)Beluslan Zone:
    a.)Beluslan Fortress
    b.)Alukina's Palace

Flying in these areas is still permitted even in the "no free fly zones" because they're areas that need to have flight on (the area of flight is only big enough to allow the gathering of aether in those areas). So please do not report people flying in those specific areas within those zones.

However, people breaking the fly rule outside of those areas will be warned on their first offense. Their second offense results in jail time.

Please keep in mind though, its hard for a GM to investigate these matters sometimes, because by the time the GM gets there, the person might not be flying anymore, OR they might have re-located to one of the flying-allowed areas within those zones.

Please be kind, patient and respectful of your in-game GMs as they will do their best to help assist you with dealing with your issues, but after all, they too are still only human.

Alright, thanks. I just needed to know whether or not they were allowed to fly in Heiron since it was outside the city and I was unsure.
