Whats the punish when u fly in heiron/beluslan?

just to know whats the punishment.

 

Warning/jail

 

if you abuse to many times ... maybe ban

 

Temp ban i think?

 

well ... Warning---Jail-Temp ban-Perm Ban

 

First strike: warning(move to the ground)
Second strike: jail for 5 mins
Third strike: jail for 20 mins
More than 3 strikes(that person must love to be in jail), we will add a bed, a couch and possibly a TV to ensure your quality time in jail for the winter xD

This is the the unofficial punishment, since the headgm and admin hasn't come up the new rules. We will have to discuss with Carl and kari for official rules for flying bug abuse ^^

 

lol !! jail for 5mins?? It's like 1 skill's CD... Jail should be at least 1hr at the 1st time and 24hrs the second one so player can learn his lesson :wink:

ok, now the rules are more stupid then ever, yes, herion/belu shouldnt be free-fly zones. BUT the point is that you SHOULD be able to open wings and fly in the main town (aether gather? DUH) so banned ppl/jailin em for aether gatherin is stupid, and the more stupid thing, is to make herion/belu ground pvp... cmone, whos the "smart" dude who cameup with that idea? thouse are HUGE maps, and the server losing players, i was able to lvlup 5 chars to 55 in the last 2 days and i didnt even encounter 1 ely, thats shouldnt be heppening >< group pvp maps should be much smaller...

u can fly only at fortress and some areas like bolvigs place and alukinas palace

de problem is:
ppl are flying on that area than going to no flying areas

 

We really don't want to heavily punish people for this if we don't have to. It's not the player's fault it's bugged and not every player visits the forums and reads updates. It would take blatant disregard of GM instructions to earn a ban.

 

why can't the gms just tele every flying ely onto the ground...thats what they did on crystal

But still since the non-fly zone is new to the server, we still need suitable punishment to reinforce the rule. I will try both ways to see which works better. And hope Carl set up barriers in fortress soon >_<
