solo instance

Is there any solo instance give Ap ?
if not what the best way to gain AP but not PVP ?

There aren't any solo instances I personally know that is solo that gives AP. Most instances that give AP are the ones that reward Relics for you to sell but since we disabled that feature, any instances with that ability is useless. Such as UAS and AS and many other instances.

The only true way of making AP is PVP unless you want to kill easy Mobs in different maps that give like 20 ap per kill and to be quite honest, AP is almost completely useless unless you're trying to get level 60 AP gear with Mithrils.

i know that i'm tryin to gain Ap for ACD gear .. and i heard that's vgood for PVP is it right ?

 

ACD gear is a decent pvp gear; yes

 

mmm... that's not realiable there are much better ones.. but in zergs nothing is reliable.

 

Yes there are better gears; but ACD is reliable. That's actually the set i use and i'm more than happy with it
Arbiter / Amba and HAC are indeed better but that's not the question

 

You should seek for a group every now and then and visit those PvE farm instances for 50k AP. (If I'm not mistaken)
Not that much but more than nothing o=
