Where to get end level designs for crafting?

Since litterely nobody ( as usual ) answers questions ingame.
im forced again to ask it on the forum for some better luck.

As the title says, where do you get the end level design for cooking and alchemy ?
High potions and such..

I know from the retail that normaly you would go to Abbys fortresses to get them, but since they are always been for the elyos,
i now dont know where to get them.

Teminon and Primum fortresses, in the room where the General Goods Merchants are, but you need Wright/Shaper's Tokens

Also at Tigraki Island, and normal seller NPCs at Sanctum/Oriel and Pandaemonium/Pernon
