Cannot see certain NPCs

I use the teleport outside of Exalted Path in sanctum to go to Danaria's "Beritra's Bance Encampment" after I arrive I can see the the teleport and aetherflight NPC on the minimap but nothing is showing on screen. I asked other user who are tp'ing in and they can see it no problem. I've tried relogging etc.. but all I can see is the pad with the blue light but no NPCs on either side. Hello there,

there is one way to fix your problem, just start the NCsoft launcher & start a repair, and wait until it reached 100%, dont try to run the game before the 100% =)

This resolved the issue and I ended up having to downgrade as well. I'm experimenting some strange "features"?? after doing this though. Skills that had a red color are replaced with green hue and everyone has a blue/green diamond beside there name, not sure what this means??

those blue diamonds means ur VIP, green are lifetime blah blah blah and stuff

 

Strange I installed client last week without any problems download went fine yet corrupt files and missing features... I just checked online and skill icons are correct they just weren't showing properly before. So everything is fine now can close thread.
