Transfer Problem

well, its been more than an hour and still not transferred.. this is not how long it's suppose to be right?

i already:
•left empty slots in wh and inv
•cleared cube
•cleared quests
•cleared stigma skills
•cleared broker
•cleared account wh

player name: Reei
transfer: from Lumiel to Siel

*in case ur wondering, my old forum account is bugged so i created a new one.

 

Usually it takes around 5-10 minutes, longer than that may mean that the transfer failed. We'll look into your transfer, til then please be patient.

And my credits taking long to be refunded

 

i got my credits just right nowe back, but i tryed it again, so i hope it will be done this time

so i got my credits refunded and i've tried transferring again.. an hour later and im still not transferred.. how many times do i have to repeat the process? i did everything required for a transfer

Hi there! Are you trying to transfer with an old toon of yours? Coz I know people who have encountered problems transferring their old toons (like toons made since 2.0 or 2.5) If so, try using a newly created toon and try the transfer service again. Good luck!

 

His character was made during 1.5, so probably that's the problem?

I successfully transferred mine but it was long time ago (2.7) and the char was made during 1.5 too. Probably a new bug ughh

 

Oh snap. LOL. 1.5 is really old o_o But yeah. Maybe he can try it cause the people I know that had problems in transferring used their newly made toons and the transfer turned out to be successful.
