character stucks

i think will help if u say your caracter names.....so an SAM can manual fix it! as far i see is long time since u have this problem post your caracter names maybe it help more!

 

my character name stuck is 'adythiamuse" and when i go to my control panel i can see that is localised at morheim

 

yesterday i go to my control panel and i saw that he is not localised at morheim again but now he is localised at insalgen., so i suppose he was unstuck cause he was in an other localisation . but not
still stuck cause when i try to log in i have the send log message and crash
i don't known what's happening
plz i need realy help :andy:

same problem in here my main sorc char still stuck and they couldnt fix this problem im dealin with this problem for almost 4 months yet no actions from the higher staffs

too many server restart passes and still stuck and it sad to say im losing hope on getting back my main sorc char all my stuffs are in there

 

what i don't understand is that my character location still change since 2 hours
once in morheim,once in insalgen and now again in morheim but still stuck
with the .fix command i have always the same message : "character X is fixed" but still the send log message and the crash when i try to log in
and like you i want recover all his stuff and kinah but :surprised: always and always stuck

could someone explain to me why it is possible to tranfer a character with tolls, but it is not possible to unstuck a character malgres the different applications unstucking via the player unstuck request or the .fix in the game

please AM's find some alternative solutions to get all my stuffs back coz i cant pvp/pve without my best gears.....

 

i begin to think that nobody care of us and try to do something to fix this problem
the unstuck request via the web site is a joke and we have no answer about it except the message "Player Unstuck Request was Already Sent!"
and server restart many time again and again but always stuck
so if some one want realy do something it will be great

This is the same type of bug others are experiencing, and the game will not let you log in to attempt /escape.....

 

GM they no longer want to know of this problem. But if one of your char that was stuckI wanted to see if they do not quickly resolved

 

do you think the prob will be fixed one day cause it is now since more than 2 month that my character is stuck
-player unstuck request done nothing
-.fix done nothing exept the same message "payer X was fixed"
-restart server done nothing
i don't think that if it was an admin toon who was stuck he need wait for the same long time to have is toon unstuck so why my character still and always stuck ??? :sad:

 

well, this is exactly my problem with my "Daiki". months passed and its still the same situation. im still hoping that they'll figure something out. and as for the forest bound thing, i think my character was bound to that. but i can't tell where anymore cuz i cnt check it.

so why my character is always stuck since 3 month after many unstuck request on web site, many .fix in game, and many restart server???????????every time i want use this toon i have the send log mesage and crash
but he appear nude like necessary

same problem that i have...almost 6 months already..still no solution of this problem.

 

Mine is worse.

Every time I logged in it says "Cannot connect to the server." and then exits the game automatically, and if I logged in again it says "You are already logged in" then to the "Cannot connect to the server." again. Rinsed and Repeated.

Can't even reach to the character select, always stuck on the Title screen. It's been 4 days of no Aion due to this strange bug.

My char is stuck at Ishalgen . always show message send log and error " AION GameClient has stopped working" when I start to play that char.

Use the .fix command. Just log in a different character of the same account then type .fix (char name). If this doesn't work, send an unstuck request at GamezAion Website and wait for a server restart. Note that if you did an unstuck request via the website, don't try logging in your stuck character until the server restarts. Hope this fixes your issue. Have fun and happy gaming!

I would suggest repairing your client via the NCSoft Launcher, then apply the downgrade Downgrade 4.5.0.14. After doing those, re-install your GamezAion Launcher. This is due to some files missing on your aion folder.
