Server transfer complication.

Greetings, if isn't too much to ask, i'd like to get assistance from a high rank staff, preferably in-game assistance to check my character. I have an issue with my main toon and the server transfer feature. I always get my credits refound and i've tried already doing the same process with two of my alts with no problem. i'd like to xfer from Lumiel to Siel with my main character (cause of all the achievements accomplished with it, AKA: quests, titles crafting professions armfused weps + items plus more...). :X

PS: i have no clan, no brokerage items, no friends in friend list, and all the requirements needed for the xfer process. Still no success on it.

I've put your query forward. Are you sure you meet the specific requirements? People can miss some of the key points.

Are you a house owner?
Do you have more than 50% of your inventory empty?
Is your special cube full of stuff?

failed transfer for the 6th time

 

uhm, so... i need 50% or more free space on inventory, such a curious and important detail. Same for the cube. I'll give try then.

 

Lumiel doesn't want you to leave. I failed 7 times myself (tho that was before 4.5) guess all these chars go "i'm too old for this shit" on the system.

 

empty account wh
empty cube
empty pet inventory
empty broker
50% inventory space
50% wh space
delete all friends
delete all mail
abandon quests (some exceptions)
leave legion

i did the above mentioned still transfer failed.. 6th time now QQ

someone did mention that the avatar being old is a factor but guille said it isn't true.

 

I did all of the "Leave and empty your life before moving to siel". Not succeed. i think something is wrong with my toon

I'm pretty sure you guys are doing something wrong without realizing it. A friend of mine is currently using my account, transferred a character from Lumiel to Siel and he nailed it with one try. The character he transferred is not that old. I made it few weeks before I quit the game way back 4th of April so those people who says the character's age is a factor is definitely wrong. Not mention he's Japanese and not as familiar in English to completely understand the instructions on the website as most of you are but he still nailed it at first attempt.
