Gov Set Augment

is there a way to augment Arbiter in cheapest way? Coz deym a full set needs 1.4m abyss which is impossible for me coz Im too weak. Can we still use those orb-like stuff that augments Shedim and ACD?

 

I believe that augment is for level 60s and below. I think there is an augment stone for level 65 but I don't think it is available.

 

yeah you can use it but you must have character lvl60 not yet lvl 65... i already try it in my character......

 

Right now only way to augment your gear is to use NPC since lvl 65 augment stones are not available atm.
