    I change the name and I stay in lowercase, rather than help me admin recommended me to buy another ticket -.-

    its ur fault. when you transfer a char for another server to the other you recieve <Change Name Ticket> when you has _UNK on ur name. now that you used the ticket and it went wrong. ita ur problem not the admin lel
