    Hi every one!I'm new here. When I launch the game it says "This program is unavailable in your country.". I saw in support section but I can't understand it very well. I have changed the region on the launcher but I can't repair the game. How can I do? Please answer.

    What language is your windows using? Did you download Aion with the NCSoft Launcher or from Gameforge?

    Your installation is most likely not completed yet.
    Open the NCSoft launcher and click on File Repair:

    This will automatically repair your corrupted files and update your Client to the latest version.
    Once the file repair has been completed, download the following downgrade in order to connect our servers and play smoothly: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/guide-downgrade-4-5-0-24-to-4-5-0-14.180069/

    You better make a copy of your original game folder if you are planning on playing both Gamez and Retail.
