Alchemy event bugged?!!

Hi all!...i got the key and when to open box...my key dissapeard and no prize not even opened box...and that respawn time for boxes are too much then official....too many people with too many chars....pls fix it!p.s ive tryed on 3 chars and same thing...i relog in and nothing....(( what's wrong??

 

Make sure you select a box which has not been opened yet.

 

we dont have time for that am cuze are many people around waiting... the respawn time is too long!!.. here on gamez people have many many chars then on official...and the respawn time is too long...(( 3 of my chars fail...or fix the keys to stay not to dissapear...after try to open a opened box...thank you

 

The boxes respawn every 60 seconds, like it is supposed to be. Try to be faster or you will get no rewards. That's how the event was designed to work, not going to change it.
