Need game account info reset to email

is there any way to reset my account info i haven't played in a long time and it says i have an account created on my email still.

You can warn me too cause it is not considered as advertising if you're saying the name of something that does not exist anymore and its no threat in any way to gamez. That goes for both infinite and conquest aion... I wonder why don't u start warning all the players that have came here from other servers and have mentioned it on their introductions.

i'm having more issues, lol logged after repair>downgrade>items>GamezAion launcher and i get *drum roll* floating heads with no bodies anywhere >.<

Why would you use a launcher that's not ours?
Download the gamezaion launcher

In a more serious way; you seem to be missing game files; start NCSoft Launcher and let it update till the end of stage 9/9

 

Open your NCSoft Launcher & hit file repair. Then apply the downgrade & item.pak again.
As Kretia said.. Make sure you download the gamez aion launcher please in order to connect here. Once you did so, run it as admin and you should be able to connect fine.

 

crap i mean't gamez aion lol
conquest doesn't even exist anymore anyway i had to repair>re downgrade hopefully this works I will keep you posted for solution. @.@

 

Read my post again xD You need to let the NCSoft Launcher download untill the end of stage 9/9

 

Objects folder should be of about 13 GB, having the floating heads problem means that folder (Aion\Objects) is missing some files, you can fix this by repairing the client with the NCsoft launcher as Kretia mentioned

Well my bad there.. i thought your asking about your account that you didnt log in for "long time" and it's a reset password.. well glad that you can still have your account and about advertising thingy? i just said that server is gone so its ok.. but i think putting other server names that still running is a different story because if you put the other server name that is currently running.. other people might read it and might google it. That's all my concern
